TRU Hospice Care Center
TRU Community Care has operated the only hospice inpatient unit of its kind in the area since 1999. Now located at Longmont United Hospital, the TRU Hospice Care Center offers short-term, intensive care for patients with complex medical needs. For compassionate care when it’s needed most, it’s the next best place to home. We specialize in:

TRU Hospice of Northern Colorado (HNC), based in Greeley, is our neighboring legacy hospice program serving all of Weld County and parts of Larimer County, was founded as Hospice Inc., of Weld County in 1978. TRU HNC’s experienced staff understands the unique physical, emotional and spiritual needs of terminally ill people and their families and has the specialized hospice service skills to meet them.
