We’re offering a specialized four-week program combining gentle yoga, breathwork, and meditation techniques to support those experiencing loss. This evidence-based approach provides tools for managing grief while nurturing both body and mind.

Time: 4:30-5:30 PM
Format: In-person, small group setting
No prior yoga experience required
